Other ingredients
Hypromellose (capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, rice hull concentrate, silicon dioxide. These are process and shell materials: a bulking agent, a flow agent and the capsule itself.
Contains / free from
No gluten, dairy, soy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish or shellfish ingredients are used in the formulation. The facility also handles botanical powders, so the allergen statement covers formulation and facility handling separately; both are available in writing on request.
Overages and rounding
Amounts are label amounts. We do not blend to an overage to flatter the certificate of analysis, and results are reported as measured against the specification limit rather than rounded up to the label figure.
Storage and handling
- Store at 15–25 °C in a dry place, out of direct sunlight.
- Keep the bottle closed; do not remove the desiccant sachet.
- Do not use if the induction seal is broken or missing.
- Best-before date and lot code are printed on the base of the bottle.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Stability and shelf life
Shelf life is set at 24 months from the date of manufacture and printed as a best-before date. It is supported by a retain sample from each lot held at ambient storage conditions and re-examined for appearance, capsule integrity and moisture ingress at 12 and 24 months. Bottles kept above 25 °C, in humidity, or opened for long periods will not track the retain, which is why the desiccant and the seal matter.
Every bottle points back to a record.
The lot code printed on the base of the bottle resolves to a single batch record held at the facility: the raw material lots that went into it and their supplier certificates, the blend weights, the in-process fill-weight checks, the contract laboratory results for that lot, and the disposition signature that released it.

Ingredients are described factually — identity, form, source and amount — and nothing more. Where an ingredient is widely discussed elsewhere, that discussion is not ours and is not evidence about this product. Its presence in the table above is a statement of composition only.

Shipping
Orders are picked at the facility from released stock and ship from Amherst, NY by USPS Ground Advantage, typically within two business days. Transit is normally two to five business days within the continental United States. A confirmation and a tracking number are sent by email. We do not send order or shipping information by text message, and we ship to United States addresses only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO.
If tracking has not moved five business days after dispatch, write to the desk with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and reship if the parcel cannot be found.
Returns
Any purchase may be returned within 180 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for a refund of the purchase price. Write to contact@onybiotechinc.com with your order number to receive a return authorisation and the return address; parcels sent back without one are hard to match to an order and slow everything down. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
If a bottle arrives damaged, or the seal is broken on arrival, tell us before returning it — a photograph of the bottle and the lot code is usually enough to settle it and lets us check the retain for that lot.

[ Q01 ] What will this do for me?
We will not answer that, and you should be wary of a supplement seller who does. NerveAura is a dietary supplement. We can tell you exactly what is in a capsule, in what form, from where and in what quantity, and we can show you the test results for the lot you hold. We make no claim about any health outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Questions about whether a supplement is appropriate for you belong with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history and your medication.
[ Q02 ] Where is it made, and by whom?
In our own facility at 1576 Sweet Home Road, Amherst, NY 14228. Blending, encapsulation and bottling are done in house. Heavy metal and microbial testing on the finished lot is sent to an independent contract laboratory, because a laboratory should not be the only party checking its own output.
[ Q03 ] Can I see the test results before I buy?
Yes. Ask the desk for the certificate of analysis for the lot currently shipping and we will send it. After you receive an order you can request the certificate for the specific lot code on your bottle, which is the one that matters.
[ Q04 ] Is it third-party tested?
Partly, and we would rather be precise about which parts. Identity on incoming material and in-process checks are done in house on our own equipment. Heavy metals and microbial limits on the finished lot are run by an independent contract laboratory and reported under its own reference. Both appear on the certificate of analysis with the performing laboratory named against each test.
[ Q05 ] Why is there no proprietary blend?
Because a proprietary blend hides the quantities, and the quantity is most of the information. Every active is listed above with its own amount per serving.
[ Q06 ] Is the capsule vegetarian? Does it contain allergens?
The shell is hypromellose, a plant-derived cellulose, so the capsule is vegetarian. None of the major allergens is used in the formulation. The facility does handle botanical powders, which we state rather than hide; if you need the written allergen statement covering both formulation and facility handling, ask and we will send it.
[ Q07 ] Do you offer a subscription or auto-ship?
No. Every order is a single purchase, charged once. There is no recurring billing to find and cancel later, and no negative-option enrolment anywhere on this site.
[ Q08 ] Do I have to join the text list to order?
No. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and the checkout does not enrol you in it. The list is a separate, optional, marketing-only programme; order confirmations and tracking always arrive by email. If you do join, replying STOP to any message removes you, as does the opt-out form.
[ Q09 ] What if the lot I have is recalled or fails a retest?
We can identify every order that shipped from a given lot, and we would write to those customers by email with the lot code, what was found, and what to do with the bottle. A refund or replacement in that situation is not conditional on the 180-day window.
