Everything published here is descriptive: what is in the capsule, how much of it, where the material came from and what the lot was tested for before it was released. We do not describe outcomes, because we do not measure them.

Four functions under one roof.
A finished bottle is the end of a short, deliberately boring sequence. Each step has a document that has to be signed before the next one starts.
Specification writing
We write the composition sheet: each ingredient, its botanical or chemical identity, the source form we will accept, and its quantity per serving. The sheet is fixed and signed before any material is ordered, and changing it opens a new revision rather than editing the old one.
Raw material intake
Incoming material is held in quarantine with a status label until two things exist: the supplier's certificate of analysis for that specific lot, and our own identity confirmation on the bench. Material that fails either one is returned and never enters the blend room.
Blending & encapsulation
Blending, capsule filling and bottling run as a single documented lot with one lot occupying the room at a time. Line clearance is signed before the run starts; fill weights are checked at fixed intervals and recorded against the batch record.
Testing & release
Finished lots sit in a physically separate hold until the contract laboratory returns identity, heavy metal and microbial results. A named person signs the disposition. Only then does the lot become sellable stock.
NerveAura
NerveAura is a once-daily dietary supplement in a vegetarian capsule, intended for adults. It is the only finished consumer product this laboratory sells direct; everything else we make leaves the building under someone else's label. What each lot is tested for.
Testing confirms identity, purity and count. It says nothing about what the product does in a person, and we do not present it as if it did.

A lot that fails any of these is not reworked into a passing lot. It is quarantined, investigated against the batch record and destroyed, and the investigation stays on file with the lot.
The certificate of analysis
Each released lot has a certificate of analysis naming the product and lot code, the date of manufacture and best-before date, the tests run, the method class, the specification limit, the measured result and the laboratory that produced it. It is a purity and identity document. It is not, and is not offered as, evidence of any health effect.

How an order actually moves.
- You order on this website. Payment is taken at that point and an emailed confirmation with an order number follows immediately.
- The order is picked from released stock. Nothing ships from a lot that has not cleared its release testing and been signed off.
- It leaves Amherst by USPS Ground Advantage, normally within two business days of the order. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is scanned.
- If it is wrong, write to the desk. Returns run 180 days from delivery, opened or unopened, and are handled by email with a return authorisation.
